ARE YOU FOCUSED ON WHAT YOU LOVE?

Here's a quote I'd like you to read:
"I want to remind you to focus on what you love. It's the greatest purpose, the greatest roadmap to an extraordinarily blissful life. Just focus on that one thing. Don't focus on anything else. You'll run into the right people, the right teachers, the right moments and circumstances."
Sounds like a Law of Attraction teacher, right? In fact, it's from Katie Finneran in her 2010 Tony acceptance speech a couple of months ago. She won the Tony for Best Actress in a Musical. She also went on to say that her boyfriend had just proposed the previous week and that she'd loved working in the musical that she won for because the Director was so inspiring. You could feel her joy!
We get so caught up in the problems of our lives. We continue to focus on our current reality and therefore create more of the same. How do we get out of that? Do something different! What do you love to do? Who or what do you love? What memories do you love? What turns you on? Do, think and be more of those things! Is there something you've always wanted to try? Try it!
I've never felt particularly artistic and had bad experiences in art class as a kid, so I grew up feeling I had no talent in that area, so why try. One day I realized that I really loved art and I go to many art shows in the summer in the Denver area. I made the decision I would like to take a painting class. Shortly thereafter I saw a sign for watercolor classes. They were to be taught by the woman who's art I most admired in my own town! The first class transformed how I look at things in nature. I now see much more and appreciate the beauty that surrounds me.
I may never be a great artist, but I'm having fun, learning something new, and it's something that totally gets me out of my head! I can't think of negative things when I'm doing that. Today after class, I sat down to the computer to do some work. I suddenly had a spontaneous releasing of stuck energy in my solar plexus area. It felt amazing! I know that doing that class shook something up inside of me.
My next project is to learn to dance - but more on that subject next time.
So, sing, dance, and play with your loved ones or alone. Listen to and move to the music of life! And most of all, make sure that you're doing Divine Openings, as they open you up to doing and being more of who you really are. For more information, click here. You'll have spiritual transformations that you could only dream about.
Sweet life dreams!
