10 Easy Ways to Raise Your Vibration to Manifest Your Desires

Are you manifesting what you desire?  Are you working too hard at it?  Most people are not manifesting their desires because they're so focused on their present "reality".  They keep looking at what is and hope it will change.  To change things you must focus on what you want and do things that you love to raise your vibration.

Here are some easy tips to raise your vibration and manifest your desires:

1.  Gratitude - every morning and evening write down at least 10 things you are grateful for.  These things could be the people and animals in your life, the possessions you have or the things that went right in your day.

2.  Intentions - every morning and evening write down 10 intentions you have for your  life. Write them in the present, as though they exist right now.  For example - "I am attracting $200 per day or more doing what I love."

3.  Letter to the Divine - every morning I write a letter to the Divine, asking for what I want in that day and how I want to feel in the doing of the activities of the day.

4.  Segment Intend - Before each different segment of your day, intend what you want to happen and how you want to feel, e.g. before driving out on an errand - "I intend a safe trip to the grocery store and back, where I will find the perfect parking spot and easily find everything I am wanting.  I intend that the money I spend will come back to me tenfold within 30 days."

5.  Food/Eating - Before eating your meals or snacks, intend that you will enjoy them, that the food will nutritiously nourish your body, help it to be healthy and flexible and put you at your desired weight.

6.  Dance - This is one of my favorites.  Dance happily to 3 or 4 of your favorite upbeat songs.  It will bring joy to you and easily help you to lose weight and stay fit.

7.  Pet your cat or dog - Really look into their eyes.  See their love for you and really feel your love for them.  Do this for 5 minutes.  You can also do this with a child or mate.

8.  Feel - Really feel what it would be like to be living the life of your dreams.  How would your body feel?  Would you feel calm and confident, full of peace and joy.  Be the feeling.

9.  Visualize - Take at least 3 minutes per day (3 times a day is best).  Imagine living inside your dreams.  What would you be doing?  With whom?  What would your body look like?  What would you be wearing?  How much money do you have in your bank accounts?  What kind of car are you driving?  What kind of house do you have?  Really bask in the feeling of all this!
